The main villa has 9 bedrooms, all with luxury en-suite marble bathrooms and can accommodate 18 guests. For larger groups there are 2 further bedrooms available in the adjacent cottage in the grounds of La Preghiera, called Villa Moscatelli, providing total accommodation for 22 guests. All children are welcome when part of a group booking.

Extra beds can be added in certain bedrooms if required, up to a maximum of 27 guests.

The villa is available for self catering rental in exclusivity including use of the gardens and swimming pool. The chapel will be opened on request at the Estate Office (located on the lower ground floor with an independent entrance). When the villa is rented in exclusivity, La Preghiera is pleased to welcome children and babies! Cots are available and extra beds can be added into the parents' bedrooms if required. Internet access is available in the billiard room when the Estate Office is open (usually Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm).

Our copious buffet traditional Umbrian breakfast can be catered for, and a cook for lunch or dinner, and daily maid service can be organised on request (at the time of booking or minimum 30 days notice required).

To celebrate an important occasion, caterers...

...and musicians can be booked in advance for a special lunch or dinner.

Perhaps also a small firework display or a demonstration of ice cream making by world champion ice cream maker, Palmiro of Ghignoni at Sansepolcro!

Apart from relaxing in the beautiful gardens or by the eco-friendly swimming pool, there are many activities that can be booked in advance including guided hiking or mountain biking, truffle hunting, cooking classes and wine tasting…
